Evaluate potential investment fit (founder submissions)
Respond to enterprise inquiries and platform updates
Send monthly newsletter updates (if subscribed)
Internal analysis to improve our evaluation process

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not build advertising profiles.

Third-Party Services

Netlify: Hosts our website and processes form submissions
Plausible Analytics: Privacy-friendly analytics — no cookies, no personal data, fully GDPR compliant

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

Talon Diligence Data

Code and materials submitted through Talon for diligence analysis are handled with the highest security standards:

All data encrypted with post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM-768 + AES-256-GCM)
Analysis performed in isolated environments
Cryptographic destruction after analysis — zero long-term retention
No submitted code is used for training, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond the requested analysis

Data Retention

Form submissions are reviewed within 30 days
Newsletter subscriptions persist until you unsubscribe
All data deleted upon request within 10 business days

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
Deletion: Request we delete your data
Correction: Request we correct inaccurate data
Opt-out: Unsubscribe from communications at any time
