6. Talon Platform
If you submit code, documents, or other materials through the Talon platform:
- You represent that you have authorization to submit such materials for analysis
- Analysis is performed in isolated environments with post-quantum encryption
- Raw data is cryptographically destroyed after analysis
- Reports are signed with ML-DSA-65 digital signatures for tamper evidence
- We do not use submitted materials for training, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond the requested analysis
Talon analysis reports are informational tools, not guarantees. They do not replace professional security audits, legal review, or independent technical due diligence.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SpringOwl Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Miami, Florida.
